Ministries

A weekly ministry for anyone:

  • View our SHBC online Cards page. If you would like to add a name to our prayer list for someone in need or send your sympathy to someone grieving, acknowledge an anniversary, celebrate a birthday wish or send congratulatory wishes to someone on their wedding or  graduation, please let one of the elders know during or after one of our services on Sunday or at the Wednesday evening service so we can add their names to our cards page. Also, you can spend some time  praying one for another while visiting the Cards page. (James 5:16)

  • MISSIONS WORK: You can collect the following items year round to be used in the missions work. The items can be placed in the downstairs Missionary Room (beside the Sunday School Office): Campbell's Soup labels, General Mills box-top labels, "cancelled" Postage Stamps (except "flag" stamps), greeting card fronts, buttons, costume jewelry, eye-glasses, sun-glasses and hearing aids.

  • Sponsor a camper for a week at MTYC and give that child a week of learning, memories, fellowship and fun that will last a lifetime. You may put a check marked "Camp Sponsor"  in the offering  at one of our services. (Proverbs 22:6)
